• The principals of LSG founded Life Science Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“LSP”) in 2006 to focus on monoclonal antibody (“mAb”) approaches to cancer therapy
• James Fiore, an LSG principal, has acted as the President and Chief Executive Officer from inception of the Company to the present. In addition to strategic and daily management of the company, Mr. Fiore has made several scientific contributions to LSP including patentable inventions
• LSP acquired three clinical and preclinical mAbs from the Ludwig Institute for Cancer Research ("LICR"). This agreement represented a landmark for such transactions
• LSP acquired a fourth clinical level mAb from Kyowa Hakko Kogyo. This antibody is now in a phase II clinical trial targeting malignant melanoma
• In collaboration with LICR, LSP has been successful in securing several forms of alternative finance to advance its development programs
