Our investment banking services include:

We provide these services to companies in all sub-sectors of the life science industry, including: biotechnology, specialty pharmaceuticals, medical devices and diagnostics. Our clients range in size from start-ups to established public companies.

LSG tailors its services to the needs of the client. We can provide a “hands-on” approach if a company is building its management team or take a more traditional investment banking role as conditions dictate. Most importantly, we act as your advocate and see the issues from your perspective.

Our boutique investment banking business is run by highly experienced individuals with substantial backgrounds in evaluating, advising on and executing transactions for life science companies on a global basis. We also apply the experience derived from our entrepreneurial activities to our investment banking clients. This approach enables us to more completely appreciate the perspective of the management and Board of our clients.
